Senior Key Account Manager
We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to
consolidate and increase the business activity of
our company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
the sale of technically complex solutions and services
within the telecommunications sector. He/she should
have a commercial profile that includes a strong technical
background, results-oriented, and geared towards meeting
both individual and team objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out the sales plan for assigned
customers.
- Generate and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain contacts within the
assigned accounts with an eye towards increasing the
sales volume through cross-selling other Genasys solutions
and services.
- Anticipate potential obstacles and problems
and make the necessary corrections in order to maintain
the sales forecast.
- Interact with the technical team to maximize
the business opportunities and the development of
new projects.
- Manage expectations responsibly to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience and proven
results in the sale of technical solutions
- Experience in high tech environments, especially
services or consulting companies.
- Proactive, motivated by the sales process
and the achievement of both individual and team objectives.
- Customer-oriented, determined, and with a
proven capacity to close business deals.
- Fluid English.
