In the fall of 2004 Genasys joined forces with GenaWare
Pty Limited through the creation of Genasys Holding,
currently owned by Investment Fund Continental (IFC)
(54%), ADARA Venture Partners (37%) and a group of private
investors (9%).
Strategic management of Genasys is primarily the responsibility
of the private investment group, IFC, some of whose
members form part of the Genasys executive staff and
who have been with the company since its inception in
1994.

The GenaWare Group develops and markets GIS systems to manage spatial
data for the telecommunications, public administration,
emergency service, transport, and defence sectors. GenaWare's
product range and services are offered both directly and
though strategic alliances with integrators and resellers.
For over ten years Genasys has been distributing and supporting
GenaWare products, and in doing so has developed a deep
knowledge of GenaWare product technology and their applications
in a variety of markets.
